THE HAPPY BOOKER BOOK SALE
Every fall, Adult Literacy Fredericton hosts our annual Book Sale.
The Happy Booker Book Sale is our largest fundraising event of the year.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:

BOOK COLLECTION - ALF is able to accept books all year round. Contact our office any time to arrange pick up or drop off. Special drop off locations will be available in October.

COST - General admission is free. Most items are between $1 and $5.

EARLY BIRD - Early admission tickets will be made available prior to the sale at a cost.

Funds raised support ALF programs in Fredericton. ALF supports adults wanting to improve their reading, writing and math skills. We offer FREE, one-to-one tutoring services as well as an online program as well as other programs such as our summer Story Walk, Conversation Circles for newcomers, Digital safety courses.

Books are sorted into fiction and non-fiction - fiction books are then sorted by author’s last name, and the non-fiction is sorted by genre.

We will have a children’s and youth section.

We have a French language section.

There are more than just books - there are puzzles, games, CDs, DVDs, LPs and more!

Each year we have a clearance section where you can fill a box for just $2.
